T-minus 1.5 weeks…

…Until half the people I know in the world and many many strangers all descend on Austin for the SXSW interactive festival. So far I’m planning on using the hell out of the camera on my Blackjack and taking along my Holga and a dozen or so rolls of film (yes, film).

This year I’m going to make it a big specific point to get to some of the “alternate” events going on too. BarCamp Austin and hope to check out some of the stuff going on at the ScreenBurn festival as well.

Now if only it didn’t mean spending so much time away from home for the whole deal. Last year after about 2.5 days I was sorta burnt out on the whole deal.
